At Chérie Lou, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless returns and exchanges process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, with all original Chérie Lou tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
